Although these spell/prayer are in the spiritual category of enchantment, they are not as deadly or difficult to transmit as most spiritual prayer/enchantment.
Instead these dream prayer/enchantment are more fun enchantment. With them you can implant dreams into other people's minds.

Procedure: Fill the cauldron half-full of water and place it on a
table where you can see comfortably into it while seated. Light two purple
candles and a good divinatory incense. Arrange the candles so their light does
not shine into the water or your eyes. Focus your attention on the bottom of
the cauldron, you hands places lightly on either side.
Breathe gently onto the water. Say: Cauldron reveal to me that
which I seek. Great Mother , open my inner eye that I may truly see. Empty your
mind as much as possible; remain relaxed while looking deep into the cauldron
waters. The answers may come in images in the water, pictures in your mind, and
strong bursts of knowing.

A INCANTATION FOR PROPHETIC DREAMS
Before You Begin: Be Careful This is a rather simple spell, but you are "playing with fire"
before bedtime. Make sure you have extinguished all burning things before you cross
into slumber. Sprinkle some Jasmine on your pillow, and make sure you have a dream-journal
or the like at your bedside to record your dreams in, and brew a cup of mugwort tea.
(NOTE: mugwort is unhealthy in large doses, so go easy, and consult an Herbal Reference
book if you're worried. Light blue candles on your altar.
If you want to gain insight into your passions or your loves, burn Damiana as well.
Watch the smoke as it coils, and allow it to carry you off into the trance-like state that you
spend most of the day avoiding. Say whatever comes to mind, appealing to the goddess
or god of your choice to guide your dreams. I usually say something like:
Blessed be the Lord and Lady, For they created the world, The earth to hold,
The sun to warm, The moon to guide, The spirit to dream.
Take sips of the mugwort tea as you repeat the words, gaze into the smoke,
and when you feel yourself just about to "cross the line" blow out the candle(s) and say:
"So mote it be." Go to sleep. Dream away. Just remember, you don't always get to hear what you'd like.

Prophetic Sleep
Make a small pouch out of
white fabric or a lace material. This pouch will be placed under your pillow to
help induce prophetic dreams. Fill the pouch with equal amounts of the the
herbs listed as ingredients for this incantation. Empower them with your need and sew
them up. Place under your pillow each night before you go to sleep.

angels and get prophetic dreams (for anyone)
Before you go to bed or
asleep just ask angels or guardian angel for guidance, answers to your
questions or healing or if you would like to say something.
You may hear a voice if you are very intuitive.
Ask them to keep you from evil and ask them to watch over you.
When you get used to doing this and if you've ever heard a voice, ask them to show themselves kindly.
If they do, do not be scared.
Talk to them or say thank you.
