Every second, minute or hour a person loved one are a victim of public transportation bus driver reckless driving demise. 

Every second, minutes or hour a bus driver who cause the death of a parent child does not goes to jail, get community service, bail or being held accountable for the pain of the living who are traumatize the rest of their life by losing their loved one in the hands of some reckless bus driver.

Every second, minutes, or hour a person love one case is being covered up by police and political injustice

No more zipping our lips of silence.
Lets late these bus companies know that it’s time for them and the bus driver to be held accountable for killing innocent pedestrian.

There needs to be striker penalties for these bus drivers who end innocent life. A bus is a weapon like a gun it kills and they are both in the hands of a reckless person.

No more settling lawsuit with gauge protection. These are human lives that are taken away from their family and friends. These victims are taken off this earth and cannot get another chance to life but the bus drivers can.

These companies think giving money to the victims relative solve the problem, it is justice and correction for the dead. Money is not always the answer because it cannot buy the person loved one life back.

These companies think they settle a lawsuit that everything is over and we all can move on with our life and the money corrected the mistake for their drivers.

Taken an innocent life is not a mistake. It is a crime.

A mistake you can erase and correct. There is no correction for victim’s lives and their family everlasting pain.

These bus drivers will continue to take innocent lives because they know their CDL license will not being take from them, they know the criminal justice system are going to deem them as fatality for these state run companies, there are not going to go to jail.

These state public transportation are politically connected

Some of these County Prosecutor/political corruptions are getting out of hand.

These bus drivers run over pedestrian and killing them are getting out of hand.

Man gets probation in bus driver beating and Coach USA bus driver walks away a free man for killing pedestrian Deshon Johnson

A man, who attacked a bus driver on Nov. 5, 2010, was recently sentenced in the 71st District Court, through a plea bargain agreement, to five years deferred adjudication.

The bus driver who killed 22 year old Deshon Johnson on July 18, 2012 was not arrested, sentenced or tested for any substance in his body.  Bloomfield police and Essex County Prosecutor Office questioned the bus driver about the incident, told him he did not do anything wrong by taken Mr. Johnson life, told the bus driver the interview will be short and sweet. Then released him and gave Romaine his license back to go home.

The defendant 37-year-old John Dale Johnson was arrested and charged with injury to the elderly after beating a 70-year-old bus driver, sending him to the hospital and blurring his vision.

The murder 62 Wilsome Romaine was not charged with vehicular homicide or involuntary manslaughter or manslaughter. After his back wheel jumped the curb while he sped around the corner knocked Deshon Johnson down dragged him 50 to 100 feet to his demise, sending him straight to the morgue.

“We spoke to the bus driver, who is the victim. He was in agreement with that,” said Harrison County District Attorney Coke Solomon.

He said because the defendant is battling an illness, the victim, who is a cancer survivor, empathized and wanted to give him a break, “but he definitely wanted him to be held accountable, too,” said Solomon.

The police were unable to speak to the victim therefore they took the bus drivers word and allow him to leave. There was no County District Attorney involved.  Nor the bus company or bus driver is being held accountable for Deshon Johnson demise. Sadly to say, that the prosecutor office and Bloomfield police are blaming the victim for his death. The prosecutor and police stated the victim was chasing the bus and jumped up and down banging on the window with two open palms of his hands.

During the time of the incident, police reported that the victim Harold Singleton had just picked up a busload of students from J.H. Moore Elementary School around 4 p.m., when he pulled out of the school and suddenly was blocked by another vehicle, driven by Johnson.

During the time of the incident the police notice Deshon Johnson just came from Seven Eleven because they saw an untouched vitamin water and sandwich at the scene. One of the witness stated that the victim was already sitting at the bus stop and he had a bag in his hand. Now think about it! How can the victim use booth hands jumping up and down banging on the bus window with two open palms of his hands? Keep in mind he had a Seven Eleven bag clutched down in one of his hands.

Police said John Dale Johnson, who was a parent, then entered the bus and attacked Singleton, right in front of the students. Following the attack, Singleton was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center-Marshall and Johnson was later arrested.

Deshon Johnson was waiting patiently for NJ Transit bus 709 on his way to work.

Deshon’s mother and his best friend mother saw on one of the businesses surveillance camera that the bus never stopped at the bus stop where the victim was waiting, it kept on going. The parents noticed the bus went up and down on something, which was Deshon.  There were witnesses who stated that the victim stood up by the flat handicap ramp curb/sidewalk when he saw the bus and signal it to stop. Also, a witness stated that she saw Deshon at the corner of Broad and Bay. Next, thing she know the victim was no longer there when the bus knock him down and dragged him.

John Dale Johnson claimed, at the time, that he was upset with the bus driver for allegedly injuring his son. Singleton told the News Messenger, at the time, that he had no comment regarding the allegation.

The prosecutor claimed that the bus driver did not see him but he heard someone knocking but kept going, however he saw Deshon in his window no longer there after he dragged the victim 50 to 100 feet to his demise. Do you read the inconsistent in this sentence by the bus driver and prosecutor?  During the incident there were a lot of construction going on and there were no police present.

As part of his probation, John Dale Johnson has to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs and perform 150 hours of community service. Additionally, he has to complete both the Substance Abuse Evaluation and the drug/alcohol education course within three months. Injury to the elderly is a third degree felony. The punishment range is confinement in prison for a term of not more than 10 years of less than two years. A fine up to $10,000 may also be imposed.

Wilsome Romaine Coach USA bus driver was not on any probation, did not have to pay any fines, no court does not cost nor did he have to do any community service. Romaine was not giving a Urinalysis or drug test. Once again there were no vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter or manslaughter was rendered. There was no in prison for any term, 0 terms of confinement and $0 fine. The murder gets to go back to his driving job and home to his family. As for Deshon he gets to go to the grave where his disabled mother is living alone without a caretaker. It was just Deshon and his mother and he was helping her out.

There was no Assistant District Attorney involved with Deshon Johnson’s case only the Essex County Prosecutor Office.  Sadly to say, the prosecutor office never called Naomi about her son’s case.

Naomi and her son’s best friend mothers went to the prosecutor’s office a month after her son’s demise.  When they went to the prosecutor’s office Erica Luis assistance prosecutor who was working on Deshon’s case had no recollection of the case.
