Deshon Johnson's Mom Introduces 'Fight Against Coach USA, NJ Transit and Essex County Prosecutor Justice System
This is a true story about how vulnerable a grieving mother fighting the system on her defenseless child NJ Transit/Coach USA death case that being pushed into exploitation. The mother went through four attorneys hoping they will represent her son's injustice homicide case, yet to learn that she would be sold out. The transit system, the justice system, and her hired attorney let her son down, also she.

Only seven years-one week and four months, Naomi's son was intentionally murdered by Coach USA bus driver Wilson Romaine who was operating NJ Transit with a lousy driving record. Deshon's was at the front door knocking for the driver to open the door. Instead of the driver stopping, jumped the curb running Deshon over twice, then dragged him 50 to 100 feet when he was speeding. Deshon's mother is fighting against the New Jersey transit and justice system, which fails her son and her.
Deshon had a life, but Romaine took it from him with no remorse-which you can see on the YouTube video. The corrupted justice system blames the victim for his death, to prevent the driver from going to jail for vehicular homicide or assault with vehicular.
Rather than prosecute the driver, they choose to mentally torched this disables mother by damaging her son's character and showing gruesome images with descriptive detail of her son's dismantle body parts pervaded on the road. All because she fighting for incarceration and revealing the truth on her son's death case exploitation.
Naomi is still fighting to get a law pass to hold the bus driver accountable for the act of legalized murder, killing innocent pedestrian/passages. And racism against the black and brown people from the Essex County Prosecutor.
Naomi believes that the prosecutor does not do a full investigation on Afro-American deaths. They deem them as an accident by Bloomfield police and Essex County detective.
I've been deeply moved to see this mother, Naomi, courage in shining the light on transit, prosecutor, and other people in the New Jersey dirty justice system.
The Deshon Johnson College Scholarship was launched in 2012 to provide scholarship for people who is financially unable and fight against transit corruption/prosecutor lousy investigation/political favoritism or nepotism. Naomi said that she had to fight false allegations with
ridiculed and mocked; by judges, lawyers, and journalists on her son's death.
I want people to know Deshon was loved by every race and every background of this country. He was a positive young man and hip-hop/rap artist with a giving heart that helped everyone. In that spirit, the honor society from his high school, college Deshon's attended, started the college scholarship foundation.
I truly believed Naomi should be nominated for an award for the best fight against the system. Through Naomi's diversity, she finds many ways and any battlegrounds to fight for social good for all the lives murder by NJ Transit/Coach USA deadly bus drivers-train engineer. She said when you've lived what she lived — and she means legitimate horror on how she was being mistreated by the prosecutor, her hired attorneys and mediation judges. Furthermore, she said that the court system overlooks Coach USA/NJTransit victim's death caused by a bus driver and humanity justice neglect. As of today, this mother is still being bothered by a Coach USA/NJ Transit dictator trolling the internet put thumbs down on all the videos that are espousing the corruption.
Naomi is trying everything to make New Jersey a better, safer, and pleasant place for transit passengers, pedestrians, and the dysfunctional justice system for victims like her son. Deshon's movement is to continue to raise awareness about this type of degradation.
I specifically requested that the Essex County Prosecutor and courts convicted Romaine. And disbarred the lawyers for misconduct. Also, I request for the political figures sponsors the Deshon's law.
