"Justice Unveiled: The Tale of Transit Turmoil" Poem By Naomi Johnson

 "Justice Unveiled: The Tale of Transit Turmoil" Poem By Naomi Johnson

A tale of injustice, in the light of day. Bob Menendez, a proposal made, To protect transit workers, a law displayed.

But where's the law for citizens, the road unsafe, Deadly bus drivers, leaving hearts chafe. An opportunity to walk from a crime so severe, Murderers on wheels, fueled by fear.

Paychecks and pensions for lives they steal, Victims' families left to bear the ordeal. Funerals, wakes, and graveside sorrow, A life-long journey, no hope for tomorrow.

Bus drivers blamed, yet treated as victims, A twisted dance, where innocence crumbles. Long-life disabilities, bodies scarred, A world turned upside down, justice marred.

Politicians, prosecutors, judges in line, Sweeping deaths under rugs, a sinister sign. Blame on victims, a cruel charade, The powerful ones in shadows, unafraid.

US Senator Bob, a criminal tale, Backdoor deals and stolen gold's trail. A wife's deadly crash, a life erased, No charges laid, justice misplaced.

A Mercedes gift, a luxury charade, A reward for a life, in shadows they trade. No justice for citizens, in this twisted game, Incompetent drivers, victims left in shame.

Attorneys trolling, bullying to hide, Articles online, truth denied. Reckless drivers roam, lives they claim, Away with murder, no justice to name.

Demonic rulers overseeing the land, Bus drivers driving, life slipping through sand. Families broken, hearts in despair, Survivors coping, a weight to bear.

Pharmaceutical profits, on stress and depression, Liquor stores profiting, victims' regression. The trigger phrase, thrown under the bus, Injustice prevails, causing a fuss.

New Jersey, unsafe, corruption's domain, Deaths by buses, political stain. 2024, a year of reckoning near, Exposed lies, truths will appear.

The universe balances, justice will rise, Injustice warriors, no more disguise. A war on injustice, a battle fought,

The year of reckoning, justice sought.

"Shadows of Transit: Voices Unheard, Justice Unserved" by Naomi Johnson

"Shadows of Transit: Voices Unheard, Justice Unserved" by Naomi Johnson

In the heart of Jersey, a tale unfolds,

 Of a mother's grief, a story to be told.

Disabled and mourning, her only son lost, To a bus driver's actions, at a tragic cost. NJ Transit, Coach USA in the spotlight, A deadly driver took her son's light. Pandemic woes, a struggle so real, No help for groceries, a grievous ordeal. Neurological damage, a stolen car chase, Bloomfield police leaving scars, a cruel embrace. Deshon, the son, the pillar of her days, Now gone forever in tragic transit ways. Coach USA's Romaine, a driver unkind, Sped around corners, leaving despair behind. Jumping the curb, a victim ran over, Twice, he was crushed, in a world of pain to discover. A disabled mother, no son to provide, No social distance in grief's lonely ride. No accountability for the driver's cruel act, Blaming the victim, a heartless, callous act. Quarantine struggles, in lines she stands, Grocery shopping, with shaky hands. Justice sought, attorneys turned away, Essex County Prosecutor, where justice may sway? Emails sent, messages left unheard, A mother's pain, justice deferred. Retired judge and attorney's torment, Psychological scars, a constant torment. NJ Transit, a call for reform, Disabled victims left to mourn. Murphy, Corbett, and Hudge in disdain, Ignoring pleas, victims left in pain. No support in the pandemic's gloom, Transit victims left in doom. No groceries, no aid, no one to talk, A plea for justice, a desperate walk. Corruption and blame in political play, A governor's disconnection, a dismay. Murphy's indifference, a painful truth, No laws for the victims, no justice for the youth. Governor Murphy, a blame game played, Ignoring transit deaths, a price not paid. No love for humanity, no justice in sight, In the bus driver's shadows, victims take flight. A request for laws, unheard, unseen, A governor's claim, cold and keen. No priority for bus safety's sake, Injustice prevails, the victims ache. In the pandemic's grip, a crisis profound, NJ Transit's negligence, a silent sound. Deaths ignored, victims betrayed, A fight for justice, in shadows, laid. Humanity cries, justice is sought, In transit's darkness, a battle fought. Injustice anywhere, a threat to us all, A mother's plea, a relentless call.

Tribute A Birthday Pome To Martin Luther King by Naomi Johnson

                    Tribute

       A Birthday Pome To Martin Luther King

                             By Naomi Johnson

The racist white man aimed to rewrite,

History silenced, your fight ignites.

Killing flesh out of spite,

Views on mistreatment, not right.

They thought your death would keep all at bay,

Yet your voice, through quotes, won't fade away.

Legacy, fighting injustice, won't rest,

The world knows you gave your best.

Your spiritual energy, enduring until this day,

Doesn't allow existence to dissipate away.

Compassion for humanity, in your heart,

And Never to depart, a timeless art.

Fight for equality, a crucial role,

In the civil rights movement, a steadfast pole.

Martin, fought injustices, heard the people cries,

Brought issues to the public's eyes.

To destroy wicked people's sin,

Despising colors of brown or dark skin.

Melanated people pray to God,

Seeking an end to this period broad.

Existence on this earth not a mist,

But an impact, positive reaction gist.

Carved a special day, a federal holiday,

Institutions closed, homage in a loving array.

Famous speech "I Have a Dream,"

From Lincoln's steps, supreme.

Recited to remember your civil rights fight,

Resonating through both day and night.

Other speeches on civil rights,

Keep your people on solid ground, pressure ignites.

Leader's acceptance speech, Nobel Peace Prize in '64,

A humble rise, history does adore.

And the inspiring “Our God is Marching On!”

Given in Selma, Alabama, where strength was drawn.

Commemorating Martin Luther King Jr.: Reflections on MLK Day 2024

 Commemorating Martin Luther King Jr.: Reflections on MLK Day 2024

By Naomi Johnson

Every year, on the third Monday of January, the United States comes together to honor the birthday of the revered civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr. This day serves as a poignant reminder not only of his impactful life but also of the powerful words that have echoed through history, inspiring generations to strive for a more just and equitable society.

In the year 2024, MLK Day will be observed on Monday, January 15th. As is customary with federal holidays, financial institutions such as banks and credit unions, along with government agencies including the post office, will observe closures. It is a day set aside for reflection and commemoration, allowing the nation to collectively pay tribute to a man whose influence continues to shape the course of American history.

MLK Day holds a distinctive position among federal holidays as it is also designated as a National Day of Service. This unique aspect encourages citizens to go beyond mere observance and actively participate in volunteer activities within their communities. The call to service echoes the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr.'s numerous contributions, emphasizing the importance of collective action in the pursuit of justice and equality.

Martin Luther King Jr., an activist, author, and Baptist minister, left an indelible mark on the American civil rights movement. Through peaceful protests and unwavering persistence, he brought the injustices faced by Black Americans to the forefront of public consciousness. His efforts played a pivotal role in reshaping the narrative of the nation and advancing the cause of equality for all.

The catalyst for much of this change lay in the eloquent and galvanizing speeches and sermons delivered by King. In this collection of Martin Luther King Jr. quotes, we find stirring passages that encapsulate his vision for a better world. From the historic "I Have a Dream" speech delivered on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in 1963 to the acceptance speech following the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964, and the inspirational “Our God is Marching On!” given in Selma, Alabama, each word reflects a commitment to justice and a tireless pursuit of equality.

Tragically, Martin Luther King Jr.'s life was cut short in April 1968. However, his legacy endures, living on through the words of hope and wisdom he left behind. His teachings continue to resonate with new generations, serving as a constant reminder that love, freedom, and equality are enduring ideals within our grasp.

Whether you choose to share these profound passages on platforms like Instagram or quietly reflect upon them, the essence of Martin Luther King Jr.'s words invites us to read on and remember. As we contemplate his legacy on this MLK Day, let his vision inspire us to strive for a world that embodies the principles of justice, freedom, and equality.

Keeper of My Soul By Naomi Johnson

 Keeper of My Soul by Naomi Johnson

The day drags by, and time moves slow,
but I had no idea I would be in a place
where death stares me in the face.
With a surprise, I became a victim of a police
chase that appeared before my eyes.
Tragedy tried to claim my life as I tried to live
by putting up a fight.

All of a sudden, pain and shock invaded, taking
control of my body, a form of hypnosis seeps into
my mind leaving me in a mental bind.
Fear then stepped in playing tricks with my
heart making me think that it’s going to stop
and mentally tear me apart.
The words I used were no longer there because
my voice was gone, and I did not know if I could
still live on.

Damaged nerves involuntarily moved my leg,
 and a herniated disc puts me at fatal risk.
As muscle spasms shoot to my brain,
tears fall down like rain.
My feet became stiff
but my faith did not shift.

In spite of the entire trauma, I hear him speaking to
my spirit with comfort and peace
to assure that this burden will soon decease.
So, my heavenly father brought me through;
I was grateful and did not know what to do.
But right away I knew that he was a keeper of my
soul, and it was not my time to go.

This poem was penned in the aftermath of my near-death encounter on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, a day marked by a high-speed police chase involving a stolen car in Bloomfield, New Jersey. The repercussions of this pursuit left me not only disabled but also unemployed. Regrettably, the Bloomfield, NJ police escaped accountability for their role in my disability.

Compounding the injustice, my pursuit of justice was hindered by a legal system tainted with racism. My appointed attorney, driven by a personal relationship with the police department, refrained from holding them accountable. Shockingly, a lawyer from the law firm revealed that the head attorney dissuaded pursuing action against the police, suggesting that, as a black individual, I would be content with a modest settlement from suing my insurance company.

A hired attorney, disheartened by the dishonest practices of the law firm, disclosed that he departed because he could not collaborate with an entity harboring discriminatory sentiments towards black individuals, despite outward pretenses of acceptance.

In the early 2000s, a law was enacted in New Jersey, expressly prohibiting police pursuits due to the inherent danger they pose to innocent pedestrians, motorists, and citizens. According to the new protocol, law enforcement was mandated to contact the neighboring town where the suspect was heading, effectively preventing high-speed pursuits. However, regrettably, the Bloomfield police defied this law and failed to adhere to the established state protocol.

Compounding this disregard for safety, a disability judge advised me to pursue legal action against the Bloomfield police department. The judge emphasized that chasing suspects was not only against the law but also directly contradicted established safety measures, placing both the public and individuals involved in these pursuits at unnecessary risk.

It's disheartening to hear your perception of the legal profession in New Jersey. While there may be individuals who engage in unethical practices, it's essential to acknowledge that the legal community, like any other, consists of a diverse range of professionals. If you've had negative experiences, it might be beneficial to seek recommendations or carefully research attorneys to find those who prioritize integrity and ethical conduct in their work. Engaging with reputable legal professionals can significantly impact the outcome of your legal matters.

Here is the video of the police chase.

Federal ticket scam: Congressman Nadler, his son, & top judges

Telephone call between Me, Lidya Radin, and Clara Dorfman at Congressman Jerry Nadler's office, telephone: 212-367-7350. I gave "Friend of the Court" letter from Attorney James Lisa to Chief Judge Robert Katzman to Congressman Nadler on April 30, 2018, re: crimes & misconduct by judges and prosecutors ( AUSA Stephanie Lindsay Lake ). Nadler's son, Michael, works for Judge Katzman. The crimes, cover-up, & misconduct in a federal racketeering, federal ticket scam, reach to Congressman Nadler, House Judiciary Committee. NBC news filmed Me handing the Lisa letter to Nadler. What did she hand you? Nalder's reply: " A report on judicial misconduct ".

@paulcraig169
You got to love this lady! She is not messing around! If we are all like her maybe these crooked corrupt politicians wouldn't be so quick to pull their shenanigans. She may never get what she wants, but she has certainly exposed them I for one am proud of you

@lisasolis2754
Thank you to Miss Radin! I wish everyone would do this when our requests get pushed under the rug, to never see the light of day again. I Pray for the safety of this brave woman.

Congressman Nadler Office Staff: Ain’t calls supposed to be private? I mean, I wouldn’t want the whole world to have my personal information like my address and email. Incredible. How unprofessional! But things happens for a reason.

I don't know who is on that committee but I'm sure it is public knowledge. If Jim Jordan from Ohio is on it I would highly recommend you send the letter to him directly. He is bull dog in Congress. You will need to be more specific in how you are being victimized. Also a letter to the new attorney general William Barr. Send the letters UPS or FED EX FOR TRACKING AND SIGNATURE OF WHO SIGNED FOR LETTER. Good Luck. Pat from Ohio
9
@michaelr.2428

@raymarchetta7551
[the government] divides and subdivides itself into 1000 shapes and forms, till at last the whole of it is acted by deputations. It proceeds on through an endless labyrinth of office till the source of it is scarcely perceptible, there is no mode of redress. ..... "Despotism through Bureaucracies" - Thomas Paine.
@mitchellsmith6979
She should address her problem to Congressman Jim Jordan from Ohio. He is a straight shooter and he is the ranking Congressman in the house Judiciary Committee.
@just1morething173
Every patriot needs to turn of the television and follow suit. Stop diong nothing

Now it makes sense ! It feeds on frogs so, when you hear gulp, gulp,gulp, pay attention, there's an other one around. At night, you here them all over: splash, gulp, and the frogs they eat, make high and low pitch sound. What ?!, that's the sounds of love ? Are you telling me that swampies love anything but frogs ? Ya, they love poo-wer, they bring that with them everywhere, to avoid the smell. You mean like Kim ? Ya, they are afraid we steel it from them, Apparently, there's a lot of money to make with poo. That I know, the chinese use it a lot and it smell like hell but, don't seems to bother them. VOTE TRUMP ANYWAY, he poo like every normal peoples and knows how to flush. Gerry
