 The new evidence shows that Romaine had multiple opportunities to observe safety requirements that would have avoided injuring Deshon. Romaine deliberately and callously ignored all of those opportunities.  Even when he admits he thought he ran over something with the bus as he straightened out from the turn – which was likely the fatal impact with the rear wheel when the bus impacted  Deshon’s head, Romaine callously and indifferently refused to stop the bus –when safe bus operation required him to stop.  Instead, he continued down the road until the shouts from other passengers caused him to stop. 

Romaine operated the bus; Romaine should be prosecuted for vehicular homicide or manslaughter. I also believe that Deshon’s case needs to be thoroughly reinvestigation due to conflict of interest and bias. The prosecutor allowed this killer to walk away from Deshon’s death a free man. Coach USA still has Romaine driving the bus as of today.

If they are covering up Desho's case. How many other people cases the Justice system is covering up? They did the same thing to Deshon's friend Christian Nobel Ross who also was killed by Coach USA dangerous bus driver. These thugs and wicked people had assisted my Deshon's character. Is it because he is an Afro-American young man. From what was told to me by Deshon's Attorney that was a lot of racism dealing with his case.

Today Marks Six Years Deshon has been tragically murder by Coach USA dangerous bus driver Wilson Romaine, and the Prosecutor has been cover-up Deshon's demise. Romain walks away from a free man from murdering his victim. In the report down below you can read Chief of Prosecutor Thomas Fennelly lie and said Deshon was banging at the back door banging, and Romaine did not hear him because of the bus motor is loud then Thomas counting with his lie by saying the back wheel killed Johnson. Also, Thomas said that the bus did not jump the curb, and my son was in the street, but the new evidence shows differently. The new evidence shows that Deshon was run over twice and he was at the front door knocking hard on the front door. After Romain runover Deshon twice, he then dragged him 50 to 100 feet. Deshon was at the handicap curb which appears to me merge into the street. 

Mr. Fenelly also lies saying that Deshon was chasing the bus. The  Seven Eleven video below shows that Deshon was not in rushing out of the store. He walked out of 7 Eleven at 10:30 am on this day Wednesday, July 18, 2018, six years ago Wednesday, July 18, 2012.  The other video down below shows that the bus driver never stops at the bus stop to pick Deshon up. If you look closely at the bus going around the corner onto Bay Street, you will see the bus front goes up, and the back goes up and down; which was Deshon he run over. 

The prosecutor, bus companies Attorney Michael Tuzzio, Deshon's Attorney and Retired Judge Lawrence from Mouth County had assassinate Deshon's character and defensed the murder who killed Johnson. Our Justice System is corrupted that they blame the victim for their death and mentally abuse the victims loved ones because they seek the truth.  If Deshon was white/European and the driver is black/Haitian, Islander or Afro-America they will have been charged. All of the people I named above are mentally sick.
