NJ Transit, Coach USA and Essex County Prosecutor Corruption On Deshon J...

The Essex County Prosecutor did not exercise their mission statement "The mission of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office is to seek justice, to serve justice, and to do justice.". They fail Deshon Johnson and his mother by not prosecutor Coach USA bus driver Wilson Romaine, who used an NJ Transit bus to kill Naomi's only child. Instead, they did a poor job investigating this black man's death and allowing his murder to walk away from the college student death as a free man. Wilson Romaine sped up the bus and directed the bus in Deshon's direction while knocking on the bus front door. The bus driver jumped the curb knocking him down, running over his head and torso, then dragged him. Based on the detective Lugger interview with the witness, she stated Deshon was on the corner, and the detective admitted that the bus wheel knocked Deshon down, which made him lose his balance. The BP video shows the bus front and back wheels go up twice, which clearly indicates that Romaine jumped the curb running over Deshon. However, the Essex County Prosecutor wrote up a false incident report that Romain made a wide turn, and Deshon ran in the street. The information was written in favor of the bus driver for the bus company attorney Michael Tuzzio, so Romain can continue driving the bus to collect his pension. It has been eight-years, and there was no justice for Deshon Johnson. Here is a real example of the Obstruction of Justice by Essex County Prosecutor, systematic racism, and the bus companies' political favor. This case reminds me of Trayvon Martin's pathetic death investigation that was conducted by the prosecutor. Detective Lugger told Romain it was nothing he could have done to kill the young black man Deshon. #JusticeforDeshonJohnson #sayhisname #Blacklivesmatter Deshon Johnson had a life, but Romain robbed him of his life, and Michael helps. Here is how injustice look and the face of corruption. #CommunityCoachUSA #NJTransit #EssexCountyProsecutor #NJTransitvictimslivesmatter #CoachUSAVictimsLivesMatter #Justicefornjtransitvictims #Justiceforcoachusavictims
